I had the pleasure of being served by Michela, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She is friendly, professional, and always attentive to every detail. Michela greets guests with a warm smile and makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Her service is quick and efficient, yet never rushed, even during busy times. She’s clearly experienced and handles everything with calm and confidence. Michela is a true asset to the team, and she turns an ordinary meal into a truly enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience at Polo Bar. I was a bit dubious at first after all the overly positive reviews seemed fake but I was pleasantly surprised as the food quality is genuinely great. I had a full English breakfast which was perfectly cooked and everything was delicious. Highly recommended!

Tom, our waiter, was not only welcoming but also had a great sense of humor, which added to the enjoyment of our visit. The food was delicious—well-prepared and full of flavor. Gerard was amazing! What a lovely guy really. He was very polite and attentive, and made me feel very welcome. The service was fast having in mind that I ordered their rib eye which was ready in 7-8mins after I ordered it. The atmosphere was very nice as well. I highly recommend Polo Bar if you’re in the mood for a steak lol. It’s my third time having their rib eye and I’ll be back soon. Better place for a steak than Flat Iron for sure. I always order the same dish (the one I’ve posted in the photo), and let me tell you — it never disappoints. The meat is incredibly tender and juicy, cooked to perfection every time. You can really tell they use good ingredients and know what they’re doing in the kitchen. It’s rare to find consistency like this, especially when it comes to late-night food. But here, I always get exactly what I’m craving — flavourful, satisfying, and prepared just the way I like it.
